Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a handy Maintenance Assistant to join a Public Sector client based in Reading on an initial temporary basis

Key Responsibilities of the Repairs and Maintenance Assistant:

• Perform routine building maintenance duties
• Responding to facilities and estates maintenance
• Undertaking handyperson tasks
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment
• Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs

Essential criteria of the Repairs and Maintenance Assistant:

• A relevant certification or equivalent to City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3
• Good knowledge of property repairs ie basic plumbing and joinery
• Hold a Full UK clean Driving Licence
