Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering Contractor
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Rate: £425–£475 per day

Duration: 3 months
Our client is an established Civil Engineering Contractor looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for an initial 3-month freelance assignment.
The role will have a particular focus on pricing and managing Compensation Events , supporting the commercial delivery of ongoing civil engineering works.
We’re looking for:
The position is site based in St Albans, 5 days per week.
£425–£475 per day | Outside IR35 | 3-month assignment
