East Sussex -Senior Practitioner SW

Eden Brown Synergy is currently looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner Social Worker to join the Transitions Service in East Sussex.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced social worker with a strong background in safeguarding and C DoLS , who is confident managing a Transitions caseload and able to travel as required.

Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex
Pay Rate: 40 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working Pattern: Hybrid - minimum 1 day per week in the office
Contract: Minimum 3 months
Service: Transitions

SWE REGISTERED

Key Requirements

• Previous C DoLS experience
• Strong safeguarding experience
• Ability and willingness to travel as required
• Experience working with a Transitions caseload
• Strong communication, assessment and case management skills

Role Details

• 40 per hour
• 37 hours per week
• Hybrid working with a minimum of 1 day per week in the Eastbourne office
• No condensed hours
• Minimum 3-month assignment
• Council equipment provided and to be collected and returned to the office
