TravelReservationsSupportConsultantKeyresponsibilities:

• ManagingandmaintainingaccuratebookingfilesandclientrecordsProcessingamendmentsincludingflightadditions,datechanges,cancellationsandrefunds
• Ensuringallclientpreferencesanddetailsarekeptfullyuptodate
• Preparingandsendingpre-departuredocumentationtoagentsandguests
• Buildingstrongrelationshipswithclientsandsuppliers
• Conductingpost-travelservicecallstosupportcustomerretention
• PromotingFutureCruiseBenefitsandidentifyingupsellopportunities
• Supportingguestrelationsqueriesandresolvingissueseffectively
• Drivingrevenuethroughupsellingandcross-sellingopportunities

TravelReservationsSupportConsultantExperienceRequired:

• Previoustravelindustryexperienceinadministration,reservationsorcustomerserviceisessential
• Strongorganisationalskillswithexcellentattentiontodetail
• Abilitytoprioritiseandworkeffectivelyunderpressure
• Aproactive,customer-focusedapproachwithstrongcommunicationskills
• Awillingnesstodevelopwithinahigh-performingtravelbusiness
