We're recruiting for an HR Administrator on behalf of our client based in Dartford . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting people, staying organised and wants to develop their HR career within a welcoming and growing business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
• Preparing HR documentation, including contracts, letters and correspondence
• Assisting with recruitment administration when required
• Acting as a friendly and helpful first point of contact for employee queries
• Handling confidential information professionally and in line with data protection requirements

What We're Looking For

• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
• A confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems
