Maintenance Electrician

Up to 42,000 | Permanent | Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
North of the UK

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a market-leading Facilities Management provider on a large commercial site in the North of the UK.

This is a permanent position working on a long-standing PFI contract. You'll be joining a small, established engineering team, so the client is looking for someone reliable, proactive and comfortable working collaboratively with others.

The Role

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
• Complete PAT testing
• Undertake general electrical maintenance and fault finding
• Support reactive maintenance across the site
• Assist the wider engineering team as required
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Complete relevant maintenance records and compliance documentation
• Very occasional overtime

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• AM2 qualification
• 18th Edition
• 2391 Inspection & Testing desirable
• Previous commercial maintenance experience
• Strong fault-finding ability
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and team-focused approach

• Salary up to 42,000

• One-stage, face-to-face interview on site
