Gateman Required - Newcastle

We are currently seeking an experienced Gateman to join a busy residential housing development in Newcastle .

Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Ongoing

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Gateman / Banksman on construction sites
• Valid CSCS card
• Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures
• Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic
• Previous experience on residential housing developments preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Controlling and monitoring site access and deliveries
• Directing vehicles and delivery drivers safely around site
• Assisting with traffic management and pedestrian movements
• Communicating with site management and trades
• Maintaining a safe and organised site entrance
• Ensuring all site health & safety procedures are followed
