Salary: 25,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, day shift
Location: Devizes, Wiltshire

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established environmental and waste-management business for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who is looking for a Monday-to-Friday, daytime role within a friendly and fast-paced office environment.

About the Role

Working as part of the sales and administration team, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer enquiries, processing orders and supporting the smooth running of the day-to-day operation.

You will work closely with customers, drivers and the operational team to ensure collections and deliveries are arranged efficiently and customers receive a professional service.

There is no cold calling involved in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering incoming customer calls and enquiries
• Responding to customer emails
• Processing customer orders
• Providing information and preparing quotations
• Booking deliveries, collections and exchanges
• Updating customer records and internal systems
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues where possible
• Completing general sales and office administration
• Maintaining accurate records and paperwork
• Supporting the wider office and sales team

Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, transport, waste management or a similar office-based environment would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
