Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager, corporate clothing and managed workwear

Home-based field role | Live anywhere in the Midlands, M62 corridor, South East or South West, and focus on the area around you | £40,000 to £50,000 DOE, bonus on contracts won, company car

An established, family-owned workwear supplier with a team of over 60 and full in-house production is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to win new corporate clothing and workwear contracts with end-user businesses.

You'll already know that what the customer is buying is the programme behind the garment: sizing and rollout, embroidery and print, stock holding and reorders, and the service that keeps it running.

Why this role

• Ownership of your own sales strategy and pipeline
• The freedom to focus on the sectors you already know, from hospitality to logistics
• A growing contracts division, where what you win is noticed
• Support from a Head of Sales who has taken this service to market
• Everything handled in-house, from artwork to dispatch

What you'll bring

• A record of winning new business in corporate clothing, workwear, uniforms or textile rental
• Experience selling to end-user businesses, from procurement through to the people who wear it
• Comfort running a large field patch and your own diary
• A full UK driving licence

This is a recruitment search run by Dan Sullivan at Huntr, a specialist in the PPE and workwear sector. Every application is read personally, and if you'd rather talk before applying, a message through CV-Library is enough.
