Multi Trader (Plumbing bias)

Artisan are looking for a Plumning bias multitrade for a maintenace company for properties in Stratford.

• Carry out responsive repairs and property maintenance on behalf of Artisan.
• Complete plastering repairs and remedial works to a high standard.
• Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations where required.
• Complete carpentry repairs and basic joinery works.
• Carry out general multi-trade and property maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose faults and identify effective, long-lasting repair solutions.
• Work within occupied and tenanted residential properties.
• Maintain a professional, respectful and customer-focused approach with residents.
• Complete repairs efficiently and within required timescales.
• Ensure all works meet health and safety requirements.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality across all repairs.
• Use PDA and mobile job-management systems to receive and complete work orders.
• Keep accurate records of completed works and update job information as required.
• Identify and report additional defects or maintenance requirements.
• Communicate professionally with residents, clients and colleagues.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
• Demonstrate strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment.
• Hold relevant NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 qualifications or equivalent practical experience, with Asbestos Awareness certification.
• Hold a full UK manual driving licence and represent Artisan professionally when working on client properties.
