We're looking for a leader who can inspire staff, drive standards, and create a culture where students engage with English and achieve beyond expectations.

• Leading and developing the English department
• Driving improvements in teaching, learning and achievement
• Coaching and supporting colleagues
• Developing an engaging and ambitious curriculum
• Maintaining a clear vision and high expectations for all learners
