Mobile Plant Fitter

Plant Fitter
21.50 per hour + Overtime | West Midlands

We're working with an established plant equipment business looking to recruit experienced Plant Fitters to join its growing service team.

The role is currently around 60% workshop / 40% mobile , with most field work across the West Midlands and Warwickshire , although occasional nationwide travel may be required.

The Role

• Service, maintenance and repair of plant machinery
• Workshop and mobile field-based work
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Use of Jaltest and other diagnostic equipment
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Customer site visits when required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Plant Fitter, Plant Engineer or Service Engineer
• Strong plant machinery maintenance and diagnostic experience
• Comfortable using diagnostic software/tools
• Full UK driving licence
• Happy to undertake occasional travel

Package

• 21.50 per hour
• Overtime paid at 1.5x
• Very limited Saturday working
• Company van

• Manufacturer training provided

Experience with CASE or Sunward equipment would be advantageous but is not essential, as full product training will be provided.
