Hgv Driver

We are currently recruiting for various HGV driversto work for a number of our distribution and manufacturing clients based throughout West Yorkshire. We have roles for Class 1, Class 2, and 7.5T drivers.

Opportunities for ongoing temporary or temp to perm contracts, full weeks or odd days, and overtime.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Driving a Class 1/Class 2/7.5Twagon

- Various drops a day either locally or Nationwide

- Some clients have double-manned runs

- Drivers mates to assist with the handball

- Plenty of overtime available at multiple clients and paid at Time and 1/2

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- Must hold a valid driving licence for the relevant vehicle type

- Must hold a valid Digital Tachograph Card

- Must hold a valid CPC card

- No more than 6 points on your licence

- No DD, DG, IN, CD, DR endorsements

- Must have at least 1 year of HGVdriving experience

Hours:

- Full weeks or odd days

- Choice of shift times

- Minimum 8 hours paid a day

- Overtime after 8 hours

Salary:

- Range from basichourly rates

- Overtime paid at Time and 1/2 after 8 hours

- Holiday Pay

- Minimum 8 hours a day pay
