Tradewind Recruitment Kent, based in Whitstable, is looking for a high-quality, experienced recruitment consultant to join our team. We have an established warm primary or secondary desk available , giving the successful candidate the opportunity to step into an existing market with relationships, candidates and business already in place.

We are a top-performing education recruitment agency with high standards , and we are looking for someone who can match them. This is not an entry-level recruitment role - we are looking for an experienced education recruiter who understands the sector, knows how to develop relationships and has the commercial drive to deliver results.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in education recruitment is essential
• A proven track record of recruitment billings
• Ability to provide evidence of previous billings
• Strong understanding of the education recruitment market
• Experience recruiting into primary and/or secondary schools
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Commercially minded with a strong business development focus
• Self-motivated, ambitious and driven to succeed
• High standards of professionalism and customer service
• Someone who wants to be part of a successful, established team
