Salary: £29,250 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Laboratory Technician to join a busy food manufacturing site. This role would suit someone looking to start or develop a career in quality assurance, laboratory testing and food safety as full training will be provided .

Working as part of the Quality team, you be carrying out routine testing, inspections and quality checks. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Routine product and environmental sampling
• Environmental and equipment swabbing
• Laboratory testing and analysis
• Quality inspections and GMP audits
• Hygiene verification activities
• Recording, reporting and reviewing results
• Providing general QA support across the site

• Practical and detail-focused

• Interested in laboratory testing and food quality
