Lift Supervisor / Slinger Signaller - Tunnelling

Start Date: 2nd November 2026
Finish Date: 28th December 2026

We are looking for an experienced Lift Supervisor with a valid Slinger/Signaller ticket to join an Active Tunnelling project on the A42 , starting 2nd November through to 28th December .

Duties will include:

• Supervising and coordinating lifting operations
• Carrying out Slinger/Signaller duties when required
• Supporting lifting operations around shafts and pits
• Assisting with pipejacking and tunnelling works
• Ensuring lifts are carried out safely and in accordance with lift plans
• Working closely with crane operators and the tunnelling team
• Maintaining high health and safety standards on site

Requirements:

• Valid Lift Supervisor qualification/ticket
• Valid Slinger/Signaller ticket
• Previous experience supervising lifting operations
• Tunnelling, shaft, pit or pipejacking experience preferred
• Good understanding of lifting procedures and site safety
• Reliable and confident working as part of a tunnelling team

Duration: 2nd November to 28th December 2026
