Project Manager

We're working with a specialist contractor delivering fit out, refurbishment and modular projects predominantly within the education sector .

They're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects from mobilisation through to completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.

The Role

• Manage multiple fit out, refurbishment and modular projects.
• Oversee programmes, budgets, subcontractors and site delivery.
• Manage client relationships and project meetings.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, to budget and to a high standard.
• Coordinate works through to completion, snagging and handover.
• Projects are predominantly across the South of England .

About You

• Experience as a Project Manager within construction, fit out or refurbishment .
• Strong project planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing subcontractors, programmes and budgets.
• Education-sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience with modular construction would also be beneficial.
