Sheet Metal Fabricator

A manufacturer located in Basildon are looking for a Sheet Metal Fabricator to join their business on a permanent basis.

The company are looking for someone who is able to use machinery such as Brake Presses, Turret Mills & Lathes as well as Guillotines in their metal shop.

The role is paying up to 38,675 per annum, working 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday. This equates to 17.50ph based on a 42.5hr week. Overtime is x1.5.

Sheet Metal Fabricator duties:-

• Manufacture bespoke items
• Use machinery such as Press Brakes, Turret Mills & Lathes as well as Guillotines
• Using hand and power tools
• Cut and fold sheet metal
• Fettling and polishing the metals
• Read from engineering drawings
