AsanCustomer Services coordinator ,youwillplayakeyroleinsupportingtheallocationandmanagementofhirevehiclesforinsuranceclaims.Workingcloselywithbranches,suppliers,andcustomers,youwillensurevehiclesareallocatedefficiently,supplierservicelevelsaremet,andcustomersreceiveaseamlessexperiencethroughouttheprocess.

Thisisavariedrolethatcombinesadministration,customerservice,andcoordination,makingitidealforsomeonewhoenjoysmanagingmultipleprioritiesandbuildingstrongworkingrelationships.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Provideadministrativesupportforvehiclebookingsandallocationsacrossmultiplebranches.
• Manageinboundandoutboundtelephonecallsinaprofessionalandcourteousmanner.
• Proactivelyallocatehirevehiclestoclaims,ensuringcustomerneedsandclaimrequirementsaremet.
• Arrangeandconfirmvehicledeliveryandcollectiondetailswithcustomers.
• Workcloselywithsupplierstoensureservicelevelagreements(SLAs)areachieved.
• Bookvehicledeliveryandcollectionappointmentsthroughsupplierandprovideronlineportals.
• Accuratelyupdateclaimmanagementsystemswithcustomerinteractions,actionstaken,andclaimprogress.
• Liaisewithbranchteamstomaximisevehicleavailabilityandallocationopportunities.
• Developandmaintainstrongworkingrelationshipswithcolleagues,suppliers,andcustomers.
• Managesharedinboxesandincomingcommunications,ensuringpromptresponsesandresolutionofqueries.
• Monitorvehicleallocationprogressandescalateissueswhererequired.
• Ensureallcustomerandclaiminformationisrecordedaccuratelyandhandledinlinewithcompanyprocedures.

EssentialSkills&Experience:

• Previousadministrationexperiencewithinabusyofficeenvironment.
• Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
• Strongattentiontodetailandaccuracy.
• Abilitytomanagemultipletasksandprioritiseworkloadseffectively.
• Professionalandconfidenttelephonemanner.
• Customer-focusedapproachwithacommitmenttodeliveringexceptionalservice.
• Experienceworkingtodeadlines,servicelevels,andperformancetargets.
• GoodworkingknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficeandinternalbusinesssystems.
