Cherry Professional are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a growing and ambitious Leicester-based business for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior director and wider leadership team.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for an organised and proactive EA who enjoys being at the heart of a business. You will work closely with a senior leader, helping to coordinate projects, streamline processes and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
This opportunity offers genuine variety and exposure across multiple areas of the business, including commercial operations, project coordination, reporting, events and people support. Key Responsibilities
Managing a busy and ever-changing diary and inbox
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Preparing reports, presentations and business documentation
Coordinating meetings, agendas and follow-up actions
Supporting projects and driving progress against key objectives
Producing and analysing business data and management information
Monitoring team performance information and reporting metrics
Arranging travel, accommodation and company events
Assisting with employee-related administration and business processes
Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of systems and procedures
About You
Previous experience within an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Business Support role
Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
Professional, confident and highly confidential in your approach
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work with minimal supervision
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
Experience using AI tools and technology to improve efficiency would be advantageous
