Sales Negotiator duties:

Engage with prospective buyers and vendors to understand their needs and provide tailored property advice
Conduct property viewings and present features effectively to potential clients
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements
Manage administrative tasks related to sales processes, including documentation and record keeping
Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the sales journey, providing updates and guidance
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maximise sales opportunities
Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including social media and traditional advertising
Organise appointments, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently to optimise workflow

Skills needed for Sales Negotiator:

Proven Estate Agency Sales Negotiator experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanour with a proactive approach towards client service and problem-solving
Driving licence and own car
