Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their preferred recruitment provider.
We are currently recruiting for a Planning Coordinator to join their team.
The main purpose of this Planning Coordinator role is to work cross-departmentally to plan resources, equipment, and delivery of each project.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £34,000 P/A , depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. This role will involve UK-wide travel which could also include European travel on occasion.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the planning of allocated projects,
• Hold preliminary discussions with the construction manager on all assigned projects,
• Book equipment necessary for the completion of your projects,
• Liaise with various teams to ensure site-to-site stock movements and availability,
• Monitor costs associated with your assigned projects,
• Monitor projects to ensure a smooth and safe delivery, within budgetary control.

The ideal candidate:

• Must have previous project planning experience
• Will need to have the ability to read and understand technical drawings,
• Must be happy with UK-wide travel and some European trips / hold a full UK driving license and valid passport.
