Sales Admin

THIS IS A 3 MONTH TEMPORARY POSITION - It may be extended but that is not guaranteed

Provide administrative support to the Sales Team by processing orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining customer records, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and manage delivery schedules.
• Support Account Managers with customer accounts and enquiries.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer data.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to meet service targets.
• Prepare reports and assist with account reviews.

Key Requirements

• Experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar support role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• High attention to detail and customer-focused approach.
• SAP experience desirable.
