Faade Lead - Tier 1 Principal Contractor Central London
I'm currently working with a leading Tier 1 contractor who is looking for an experienced Faade Lead to take ownership of a 20m faade package on a major new-build commercial scheme in Central London.
The package covers a complex range of faade elements, including a unitised primary faade, natural and reconstructed stone cladding, feature metalwork and architectural finishes, terrace balustrades and screening, roof pavilion glazing and faade access systems, alongside key interfaces with MEP penetrations, smoke ventilation, roof plant screening and waterproofing.
We're looking for someone with strong faade experience, proven Tier 1 project delivery and a track record of longevity on major schemes.
This would also suit an ambitious No.2 Faade Manager / Senior Faade Manager who is ready to step up and take the lead on a major 20m package.
