Reeson Education are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a prestigious prep school in Kensington & Chelsea , teaching a Year 1 class from now until the end of the year .

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate primary teacher who enjoys working with younger pupils and is committed to creating an engaging, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

The Role

• Teaching a Year 1 class within a well-resourced prep school
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate

The school is looking for a teacher who:

• Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Has experience teaching within KS1 , ideally Year 1
• Has a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
• Is passionate about working with young children
• Is creative, enthusiastic and confident in the classroom
• Has excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Can commit to the role from ASAP until the end of the year
