Are you ready to make a genuine difference in a rewarding education role?
We are looking for a dedicated SEN LSA to join a supportive school environment in Chelmsford , helping students with additional needs to access their education, develop their confidence and achieve their individual goals.
As an SEN LSA , you will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and other education professionals to provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs. This may include supporting students with autism, ADHD, communication and interaction difficulties, social, emotional and mental health needs, learning difficulties and other additional needs.
Your responsibilities will include providing one-to-one and small-group support, assisting students with classroom activities, encouraging positive behaviour and helping learners develop greater independence.
