Our client, a prominent player in the Food, Beverage industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team based in Cheshunt. Position: Sales Administrator
Salary: 28,000 - 30,000
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:30 (1-2 Sundays per month with a day off during the week)

What the Role Entails:

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of order fulfilment processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately processing customer orders and managing customer enquiries
• Answering calls from clients, suppliers, and customers with professionalism
• Checking stock availability with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery
• Setting up new client accounts and maintaining customer records
• Resolving any issues that may arise with attention to detail
• Collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience
