About This Role

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join a specialist one-to-one care team, supporting a wonderful 2-year-old boy in his family home.

He is a gentle, happy and affectionate little boy who enjoys familiar routines and being around people who help him feel safe, comfortable and secure.

He responds best to caregivers who are patient, attentive and take the time to build a trusting relationship with him.

Working day and night shifts, you will provide person-centred one-to-one care, supporting his clinical and personal care needs throughout the day and night while promoting his comfort, safety and wellbeing.

You'll play an important role in helping him enjoy his daily routines, rest comfortably and feel settled, while also providing his family with peace of mind. You'll become a trusted and valued part of his care team.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
