Our client, a dynamic and innovative organisation in the engineering sector, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch Administrator to join their thriving team in Royal Tunbridge Wells. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring the seamless flow of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the dispatch of products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch administration and inventory levels.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate efficient logistics operations.
Prepare and process shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Monitor and resolve any issues related to dispatch and logistics.
Assist with the planning and scheduling of shipments to optimise workflow.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a dispatch/warehouse or logistics role or a willing to learn.
Strong administration/organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Inventory management software
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
