Assistant Site Manager - Mitcham

External Planned Maintenance- Social Housing

Up to £38,000 plus package

Our Client, a construction contractor are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their planned works division.

Projects that are being delivered will be a mixture of internal and external plan maintenance projects on a 10 year contract to street properties in the area . They are being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties in Mitcham and the surrounding areas.

On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives

Lead the site team to the best of your ability

Manage delivery of works to specification

Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff

Pre & post inspections of works

Health & safety & quality checks

My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects. A valid SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
