Liaisewithclients,suppliers,carriersandvenuestoensurethatallfreightarrives correctly.

Arrangeroad,seaandairfreight

Prepareandmanageallfreightdocumentation,includingMAWB's.

Coordinateallimportandexports.

Liaisewithairlines,shippinglinesandtransporters

Coordinateallcollectionanddelivery's.

Quotations

Negotiaterateswithallsuppliers

Monitorallshipmentcosts.

Ensureallfreightmovementscomplywithrelevantcustoms,transport,insuranceand regulatoryrequirements.

Buildandmaintainingstrongworkingrelationships.

ExperienceNeeded:-

Previousexperienceinfreightforwarding,logisticsorinternationaltransport.

Experiencehandlingprojectcargo.

Experiencewithair,seaandroadfreight.

Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsandprioritiessimultaneously.

Commercialawarenessandunderstandingoffreightcostsandquotations.
