About the Role
Our client is looking for exceptional Residential Support Workers for their new children’s home in North London and Hertfordshire. They provide a bespoke service based on a Therapeutic and Care Approach, for each child or young person aged 8 – 17yrs old on admission.

From there, in line with their comprehensive work and support, they will either return home or move to foster care or independence. They work closely with universal and their in-house specialist services for children and young people with emotional or mental health needs. They have a great team and are looking for someone who will share the same passion for children and young people as they do.
