Build your client bank without starting from zero. Joining an established wealth management practice, you'll have existing clients from day one , giving you the opportunity to build momentum while developing your own long-term client relationships.
You'll also have dedicated administration, paraplanning and marketing support behind you, allowing you to spend more time with clients and less time on the paperwork.
Self-Employed Financial Adviser
For advisers who want the rewards of running their own business, without having to build everything from scratch.
What's on offer:

• £36,000 guaranteed income
• Existing clients provided from day one
• 70% of Initial Advice Fees on self-generated business
• 60% of Initial Advice Fees on provided clients
• 50/50 split on Ongoing Advice Fees
• Revenue splits increase as your business develops
• Six-year Ongoing Advice Fee payout on exit, subject to minimum service/revenue criteria
• Dedicated administration, paraplanning and marketing support

Employed Financial Adviser
For advisers who value the security of employment but want the opportunity to build towards self-employment.
What's on offer:

• Salary up to £60,000
• Existing clients provided
• 30% of Initial Advice Fees on self-generated business
• 20% of Initial Advice Fees on provided clients
• Full administration, paraplanning and marketing support
• Clear pathway into the self-employed model

About you

You might already have an established client bank, or you might be looking for the right platform to accelerate your career. What's important is that you're confident advising clients and want the opportunity to build your own recurring income.
The practice is based in the South, with the client opportunity primarily focused around Surrey. We're open to advisers based across Surrey, Hampshire, Dorset and the surrounding areas.
