We'relookingforaChangeLeadforapublicsectororganisationbasedinLondon(hybrid)onaninitial8-monthcontract,payingupto700perday(InsideIR35,Umbrella).

ThisisahybridrolewithanexpectationtoattendtheofficeinLondontwodaysaweek.

ThesuccessfulChangeLeadwilldrivefinancialchangeacrosstheorganisation,takingfullownershipofdeliveryratherthanpassingworkon.You'llleadchangeactivitytiedtofinanceandERPsystems,engagestakeholdersatalllevelsandkeepmomentumthroughahands-on,get-it-doneapproach.

Youwillneedprovenexperienceinthefollowing:

ChangeleadershiponfinancialorERPtransformationprogrammes

Astrongfinancialchangebackgroundandunderstandingofcorefinanceprocesses

MSDynamics,specificallyFinanceandOperations

FinanceandERPsystemsmorebroadly

Stakeholdermanagementacrosssenioranddeliveryteams

Ahands-ondeliverystyle,comfortabledoingtheworkyourself

Not-for-profitsectorexperiencewouldbebeneficial.

KnowledgeoftheADKARframeworkishighlydesirable.
