AbouttheRole

OperationsManagerroleresponsibleforthepeopleandoperationalsideofthepractice.ReportingtotheDirector,youwillmakesureteamsperformwell,workloadsstayundercontrol,processeswork,androutineissuesareresolvedattherightlevel,withouteverythingneedingtolandontheDirector'sdesk.Fortherightperson,thereisagenuinepathtoprogressintoaDirector-levelroleovertime.

• Manageanddeveloptheoperationalleads,buildingthemintoeffectivefirst-linemanagers
• Ownpeoplemanagement,performanceconversationsandday-to-daypeopleissues
• LeadresourceandcapacityplanningacrossNewBusiness,ServicingandMortgages
• Ownoperationalrecruitment,fromdefiningtheneedthroughtomakingrecommendations
• SetandmonitoroperationalKPIs,servicelevelsandworkloadvisibility
• Ownworkflowandprocessimprovement
• Managethetwo-wayrelationshipbetweenSalesandOperations
• Leadtheimplementationandadoptionofagreedprocessandtechnologychanges
• Identifyrisksorcapacityissuesearly,bringingcomprehensivesolutions
• WorkwiththeHeadofAdvice&Technicaltoensurewealthadviceiscorrectlydocumented
