Semi-Skilled Workshop Fitter – Worksop

We’re looking for a Semi-Skilled Workshop Fitter to join a busy manufacturing team in Worksop. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with production or workshop experience who is keen to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit components to drawings and build instructions
• Work efficiently to production targets and takt times
• Check your own work to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
• Complete timesheets and production documentation accurately
• Follow health & safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping
• Support colleagues and work across different production areas when required

About You

• Previous manufacturing, assembly or workshop experience
• Able to follow technical instructions and work to set targets
• Practical, reliable and safety-conscious
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Willing to learn and develop new skills
• Body building, coach building or engineering drawing experience is advantageous
• Flexible with overtime when required
