Lettings Co-ordinator (School)

Lettings Co-Ordinator

Wakefield | Flexible Hours | Evenings & Weekends Required

Are you someone who likes to be on the move, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and thrives in a role where no two shifts are the same?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-respected school in Wakefield for a Lettings Co-Ordinator who will play a vital role in ensuring the school's facilities are safe, secure and ready to welcome community groups, sports clubs and event users outside of school hours.

This is far more than a key-holding role. You'll be the go-to person on-site, helping to coordinate lettings, supporting events, maintaining security and delivering a professional experience for all visitors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and supporting out-of-hours lettings and school events.
• Opening, closing and securing the premises as a designated key holder.
• Acting as the first point of contact for hirers and visitors.
• Maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment across the site.
• Carrying out health & safety checks and reporting any issues.
• Setting up rooms and facilities, including moving equipment and furniture.
• Responding to site incidents and resolving issues quickly and effectively.

What We're Looking For

• A reliable, proactive and self-motivated individual.
• Someone who enjoys a hands-on role and can work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A flexible approach to evening and weekend working.
• Previous experience in caretaking, facilities, site supervision, security or lettings would be advantageous.

Why Apply?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school at the heart of its local community, where you'll have real responsibility, variety in your day-to-day work, and the chance to make a visible impact.

If you're practical, professional and enjoy being the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
