PinpointResourcingareworkingwithanexcitingLegalbusinesswhoareseekingaRevenueControllertojointheirfinancefunctionfora12monthfixedtermcontract.

KeyDuties&Responsibilities

• Supporttheimplementationandoptimisationofafirmwidebillingsystemupgrade,actingasakeypointofcontactforbilling-relatedqueries.
• Assistwiththerolloutofnewbillingtemplates,workflows,andprocessimprovementsacrossthebusiness.
• Provideguidanceandtrainingtointernalstakeholdersonbillingprocessesandsystemfunctionality.
• Managetheend-to-endbillingprocess,includingthepreparation,review,andpostingofinvoices.
• Ensureallcosts,expenses,andthird-partychargesareaccuratelyrecordedandbilled.
• Reviewworkinprogress(WIP)balancesandcollaboratewithstakeholderstoensuretimelyinvoicing.
• Monitorandprocesselectronicinvoicesthroughvariouse-billingplatforms.
• Provideaccuratebilling,revenue,andWIPinformationtofeeearnersandmanagementteams.
• Workcloselywithcolleaguesacrossfinancetosupportrevenuecollectionandresolvebillingqueries.
• Buildstrongrelationshipswithseniorstakeholderstohelpdriveefficientbillingandrevenuemanagement.
• Contributetoongoingprocessimprovementsandsupportadditionalfinance-relateddutiesasrequired.

Requirements:

• ProvenexperienceinRevenueControlandend-to-endbilling withinalegalorprofessionalservicesenvironment.
• WorkingknowledgeofAderantsoftware
• Strongknowledgeofebillingplatforms,WIPmanagement,andinvoicingprocesses .

Salaryandadditionalinformation:

• 45,000-55,000perannum
• Hybrid(3daysintheoffice2daysworkfromhome)
