Assistant Site Manager - Oxfordshire / Northamptonshire

45,000 + Package
We are working with a well-established, privately owned residential developer looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a traditional build housing development in the Oxfordshire area.
This is a great opportunity for an ASM who enjoys working within a smaller, close-knit business , where you're not just another number and can genuinely get involved in the day-to-day running and delivery of the site.

The role:

• Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of a traditional build residential development
• Coordinating trades and subcontractors
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety
• Monitoring build quality and programme
• Carrying out inspections and ensuring works are completed to the required standard
• Assisting with plots through to completion and handover

The person:

• Previous experience within residential housebuilding
• Traditional build experience preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A hands-on approach to site management
• Keen to develop and progress within a supportive business
• Relevant site qualifications including SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred

The business is privately owned and Northamptonshire-based , with a strong pipeline of future work expected to be concentrated around Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties.

Salary: up to 45,000 + package
