Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients and residents.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' health and wellbeing.
• Administer medication and treatments in accordance with care plans and clinical guidelines.
• Monitor, observe, and accurately record patients' progress and clinical conditions.
• Ensure nursing care plans are followed and updated appropriately.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, healthcare professionals, families, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Provide one-to-one nursing care and support where required.
• Recognise and report any changes in patients' conditions and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection control, and professional nursing practice.

Requirements

• Valid NMC Registration
• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum 6 months of relevant nursing experience
• Mandatory Health Training Certificate
• Valid Enhanced DBS
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care
