We are currently seeking a skilled and reliableElectrician to join our growing team working acrosssocial housing properties in Luton and the surrounding areas .
Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within social housing properties.
Complete testing, inspection, fault finding, and remedial works.
Essential Requirements
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
AM2 Qualification
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
Previous experience working withinSocial Housing or residential properties.
Experience carrying out testing, inspection, fault finding, and remedial works.
Good understanding of current electrical regulations.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Qualifications
City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection.
ECS/CSCS Card.
Experience completing EICRs within occupied properties.
Social housing maintenance experience.
