Manager, Technology Operating Model (GPS), Technology & Transformation

Overview

In this role, you will support clients through Digital Transformation by shaping technology operating models and strategy. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design and implement future-ready technology organisations and value streams. The role blends advisory and delivery, helping clients realize measurable impact from technology-enabled change. Responsibilities

• Advise on technology operating models and architecture to address client business problems
• Design and implement technology transformation initiatives and moving toward product-based ways of working
• Develop and maintain client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to end-to-end transformation programs including strategy, design, and execution
• Support capability development in technology strategy, ITSM/ITIL, and service management practices
• Leverage insights from emerging tech trends to inform client solutions
• Work in a hybrid, cross-industry environment with the ability to adapt to diverse sectors

Key requirements

• Solid understanding of Technology Operating Models and core technology organisation components
• Experience in operating models, technology strategy, ITSM/ITIL, transformation design and implementation, or value stream mapping
• Proven ability to build trust with internal and client stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and deliver high-quality outcomes with integrity
