Salaried GP

Overview

As a Salaried GP at Churchill Medical Centre in Kingston, you will deliver high-quality primary care across multiple sites. You join a friendly, forward-thinking team and support patients through a flexible, collaborative model. You’ll work 4 sessions per week with a structured schedule and be part of initiatives to redesign in-house systems and develop new services. Pay / Benefits

• 30 days annual leave
• 1 week study leave (pro rata)

Responsibilities

• Provide GP consultations across main site and branch cover for annual leave/sickness
• Manage patient load (approximately 14 patients per session)
• Participate in MDT meetings and collaborate with nursing, HCA, pharmacist, and social prescriber teams
• Support e-referrals and referral administration with secretarial help
• Contribute to in-house system redesign and development of new services
• Engage in CPD and external training opportunities
• Be available for pro-rata on-call duties (minimum every other week)
• Adhere to BMA contract and NHS pension provisions

Key requirements

• Current UK professional registration
• Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check requirement (as per Rehabilitation of Offenders Act)
