Salary: £43,750 to £44,750 + 5% Approval Bonus + 10% ongoing bonus once approved
Contract: Full-Time and Part time

What you'll do:

• Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual assessments of individuals' daily activities
• Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports for decision-making
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of service delivery

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic
• Current professional registration (NMC/HCPC)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
