Project Manager to Senior PM (Resi Refurb & Conversion)

Overview

In this role you will own the delivery of residential refurbishment and HMO conversion projects in London, reporting to the directors and shaping the company’s growth. You will manage multiple live schemes, from tendering and contractor appointments to refurbishment, snagging and handover. You’ll drive on-time, on-budget delivery with a strong focus on quality and safety, while coordinating internal and external teams. This is an autonomous, high-impact role with direct exposure to decision-makers and a pathway to broader responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own project programmes, budgets and delivery, keeping contractors and consultants focused on outcomes
• Lead tenders, evaluate pricing and negotiate appointments
• Oversee refurbishment and fit-out works, ensuring quality, safety and timely completion
• Coordinate contractors, external project managers and the internal accounts team
• Identify cost savings and implement practical delivery improvements
• Provide progress, expenditure and risk visibility directly to the directors
