Overview

As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, lead leadership recruitment across the business, partnering with senior stakeholders and People teams to shape talent strategies for current needs and future growth. You will blend hands-on delivery with strategic workforce planning, market intelligence and proactive pipelines, while coaching peers and improving the leadership hiring experience. Your work supports new site openings and long-term capability development, ensuring hires align with culture and strategic ambitions. This role offers impact across multi-site growth and leadership development with a strong focus on evidence-based decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational leadership roles across multiple locations.
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand current and future leadership hiring needs.
Facilitate vacancy briefings and define assessment and selection criteria for leadership positions.
Act as the subject matter expert for leadership assessment and selection methodologies.
Provide expert guidance to hiring managers to support high-quality hiring decisions.
Coach and develop recruitment colleagues, sharing best practices.
Lead recruitment planning and delivery for new site openings and growth projects.
Build and maintain proactive leadership talent pipelines.
Use market insights to inform recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
Partner with People teams to align external attraction with succession and workforce plans.
Identify talent gaps and risks, implementing solutions to address them.
Drive continuous improvement across leadership hiring processes and candidate experience.

Key requirements

Significant experience managing complex recruitment processes, ideally in a multi-site environment.
Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
Strong competency-based interviewing and behavioural assessment expertise.
Demonstrated success sourcing high-calibre leadership talent.
Experience developing external talent pipelines and communities.
Understanding of talent market trends and translating insights into action.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Commercial awareness and understanding of workforce planning and organizational growth.
Coaching and mentoring experience with a collaborative approach.
