In this role you will join a nationally recognised contentious probate team in Cardiff, handling high-quality estate disputes. You will manage your own caseload with supervision, covering will, trust and estate disputes, Inheritance Act claims, validity challenges, and executor/trustee removals. You will contribute to business development and knowledge sharing as the team grows. Responsibilities

Key requirements

• 0-4 years' PQE (including training) in contentious probate
