Junior Social Content Creator

Overview

In this role you craft fast, trend-led social content for top brands, working hands-on from idea to posting. You will shoot and edit short-form videos, react quickly to trends, and collaborate with client teams to keep content aligned with brand guidelines. The role emphasizes action, experimentation, and learning, with opportunities to travel for shoots and contribute to high-volume, snackable content that resonates with Gen Z and broader audiences. This is a fast-paced maker role in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Generate quick, trend-led organic social content ideas
• Shoot and edit short-form videos independently (CapCut or in-app editors)
• React rapidly to social trends and post within tight timeframes
• Collaborate with team and clients, presenting ideas clearly
• Travel to locations for content shoots and activations
• Manage and utilize a large brand asset library
• Maintain brand guidelines while experimenting with formats
• Adopt a doer-and-maker mindset, focusing on action and learning from performance
• Support production of high volumes of engaging content daily

Key requirements

• Passion for TikTok, Reels and short-form video content creation with hands-on editing
• Ability to generate quick, trend-led ideas that resonate with Gen Z
• Comfortable filming and presenting on camera
• Experience managing/creating content for personal or brand TikTok/Instagram as portfolio
• Strong creative instincts with a maker mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative
• Adaptability to fast-paced environment with multiple shoots and travel
• High attention to brand guidelines and creative tenets
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and iterate quickly
