You’ll work with store teams to investigate incidents, analyse risk, and provide feedback that strengthens loss prevention. The role blends customer-facing activity with behind-the-scenes safety work, including educating staff on best practices. Key requirements
experience in shrink and crime resolution in a fast-paced retail security environment is ideal but not essential
