We're recruiting for a Store Manager in Chiswick for an established and growing fashion and lifestyle retailer. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-established store, lead a team and play a key role in driving commercial performance and customer experience.

The Role

As Store Manager , you'll take ownership of the performance and day-to-day operation of the store.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing retail team
• Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance
• Creating an outstanding customer experience and building customer loyalty
• Taking ownership of store performance and identifying opportunities to grow sales
• Coaching your team to improve performance and reach their potential
• Recruiting, onboarding and developing new team members
• Managing rotas, payroll, stock and other operational responsibilities
• Maintaining excellent standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Using commercial data and KPIs to make informed decisions
• Building a positive and engaging team culture
• Ensuring operational standards, policies and procedures are consistently maintained

About You

We're looking for a commercially strong Store Manager who understands how to balance people, product and performance.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or experienced Assistant Store Manager/Deputy Manager
• Experience within fashion, lifestyle, clothing, footwear, accessories or premium retail
• A proven track record of delivering sales targets and KPIs
• Strong experience leading, coaching and developing a retail team
• A genuine focus on customer experience and service
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to use data to drive performance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A hands-on approach with the confidence to lead from the front
• Strong organisational and operational skills
• The ability to take ownership, make decisions and drive results

This would suit an established Store Manager looking for a fresh challenge , as well as a strong Assistant Store Manager or Deputy Manager ready to take the next step .
